Serve your rice in the Kansai style with this Japanese wooden rice container. The Nosebitsu - or Kansai style rice container - is characterized by its lid that simply rests on top of the bucket, with 2 handles on top, making it easy to lift and clean.

Used for centuries in Japanese households and restaurants, these rice containers called "ohitsu" will absorb the extra moisture from your freshly cooked rice and redistribute it, giving the rice a nice wooden flavor.
