Wooden Hangiri | Sushi Oke (light)

Prepare your sushi in an authentic way with our Wooden Hangiri Sushi Oke. Made from cedar wood, it features 2 copper colored resin circles around the bucket that give a nice accent to the wood. 

Used for centuries in Japanese restaurants, these rice buckets called "oke" will absorb the extra moisture from your freshly cooked rice and redistribute it, giving the rice a subtle wooden flavor.
